Trying to get you to renew your magazine subscription. In my case, they claimed to be "the subscription service for PLAYBOY magazine", however per PLAYBOY Customer Service, their subscriber list is so stable they do not use 3rd party subscription services.
I suspect that "RDS SVC" is supposed to look like "Reader's Service".
In 2013 and early 2014, they used 541-981-4145 and 458-201-0364, and "GBL SVC" (possibly "Global Services"). These numbers are assigned to a carrier well-known to be used by telephone scammers:

They also run the credit card scam.
After I received (and filed complaints about) more than 7 calls in 2013. They have started again now in 2014. They never leave voice mail.
They will not take checks or send invoices. They will only take credit card numbers. (Hear the alarms going off?)
