I also got a call from someone who left a message that the IRS was filing a claim against me. Of course I didn't return their call.

Same as Anon and kit.  And my blocked number list has lots of room left.  Don't rely on the DNC list. It's useless.  Get a phone that can block a zillion numbers and add all these scammers to that list.  My phone blocks almost every call without even ringing.
