This company has been calling me constantly.The message states that it is a civil matter.I have asked multiple times to have a letter sent to me that explains what the matter entails.I received a call today stating that I had to call by 6 p.m. or else

If you did that then you know it is a legitimate company and they are calling about a legitimate matter. If they have called you then your number has been given as a contact for someone who legally owes a debt and they are within the law to call. If you are not the correct person tell them so they can stop wasting time calling you and if you are the correct person stop your whining and pay the bill you should have paid in the first place. People who don't pay bills and complain about debt collectors are the reason our economy is in the toilet.

This company placed a HARD inquiry on my credit report on saturday. I have not applied for anything and have not authorized them or anyone else to check my credit. Thank Goodness i monitor my credit. Ive worked hard on my score for a year now and this cost me 10 points! Ive disputed it with equifax and im ready to sue!
