Just recieved a call about how i won money.. Then i declined and she told me oh okay i put your entry in for a walmart gift card then went on to say how i just need to do this survey and i declined and she kept trying to not hear me and keep talking ao i hung up..

Just constantly calls, never leaves voicemail. Always for 4 seconds.

Called and said "hello can you hear me?" then hung up.
