Someone told me there is a scam going around where they try to get you to say "Yes" and they record your voice. A lot of systems are automated now, so they use the recordings of peoples responses as a scam.
A local call left a blank message. I don't answer calls that don't leave pertinent messages. I get tired of this kind of a thing because it just doesn't seem right to bother people, it's supposed to be a shift in societal values to allow strangers to dial random numbers to sell or scam them into giving them money. Thats wrong and we should legislate against such practices.
