You can. You go to each party's site and have your number placed on their internal DNC list, then these candidates, hit them on their web pages, most have them as a rule, go through the contact us page and tell them to place your number on their internal DNC. If they do not, they (their call center) can still get into trouble.
It takes a little bit of work, but hitting the main political party's first should tone it down and then follow through for each candidate.
You can also block them with a call blocking device or phone.
