This number started calling September 30. I have since blocked the number. Just yesterday, the number called 24 times. Who do we report this damn number to?
numerous calls from this number over the past week. Never anyone there...called ID says just the phone number. Trying to get TDS to block but their customer service keeps dropping the ball. Very frustrated.

Several people have stated this caller is conducting a political survey. If that is true, then they are exempt from screening against the Do Not Call list. Also, according to FCC rules, repeated calls that are not answered are not illegal or a violation of the Telephone Sales Rules. However, they are supposed to maintain an internal Do Not Call list and place numbers on it when requested. Unfortunately they have 30 days to comply and can continue to call in the interim. Most surveys last less then that and the internal list seems to only cover the current survey and is not a blanket or permanent Do Not Call unless you send them a demand of that type in writing.
