Seriously - this is a scam. Check the grammar (and strange capitalization of letters) of the letter. Did they even mention your name on the communication? There is no way you would have a court date two days after this supposed warrant was issued.
I got something similar to the phone message, and I called them back because I was so terrified. When what was being said didn't make sense and they could not tell me the original source of the debt for me to verify, I googled it. Essentially, the spiel I got was almost verbatim the email. Be careful with this one!
