Got several call sfrom this # to fax line. When I called number, all I could do was 'opt' out. Said something about FCC rule, BUT I am already on the Do Not Call List. Going to submit Complaint...as if that does any good!
The Do Not Call list is a joke! We've been on it since 2004 and you Do Not need to renew yourself. Despite that, we get at least 10 telemarketer calls a week, plus at least 10 to the cell phone. This is today's latest. If they're not going to enforce the list, they might as well not waste time having it.
RDS SVC takes money from your magazine publisher. If you want the magazine renew directly with the publisher rather than these folks that take a portion of your money and send it over to the publisher. Publishers struggle enough without leeches like RDS taking money for basically nothing. If you like Discover or Readers Digest or National Geographic or any other fine magazine just do it direct.

I've never had a subscription. I played very nice and got the name and address. Name was correct, address and zip code was completely wrong. Maybe they are trolling ancient lists of names or trying to match a name with any phone number they can find.
