Just received this call a couple of minutes ago. The Name in the Caller ID was the same as the Phone number displayed.

Because of this, plus the fact that I didn't recognize the number, I didn't bother to pick up.

After all, it's either a Telemarketer or a Scam Artist.

They should make it Legal to Hunt & Kill Telemarketers!
