This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry without any prior business relationship (illegal) and has a recorded message played without an operator on the line when the phone is answered (also illegal). They claim that they are going to build a multi-page robust web site and mobile web site and mobile app for you absolutely free, including registering the domain, maintaining and producing all content, and all necessary site maintenance. Our office receives a call from this number daily and there is no one on the other line and within a few seconds the call disconnects. I called back today and it instantly gave an option to be placed on their do not call list. I hope it works.
