called from this # twice in one minute, didn't answer but did call back.  recording said 'if you want to be taken off our list for promotions, press...'
No google results for this # yet, looks like I got to be one of the first calls for a brand new scammer robocaller.

The Caller ID was MERCHRATE.

This number constantly calls.  When we answer the call no one talks and they then hang up.

If you call the 310-251-5420 number from above, they WILL remove you from the call list
