The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
they called me, for what must be 100th time. they keep switching phone numbers, and claiming they work for American Express. It seems there is no way to stop them, I have tried everything.
Yes, I also receive these never-ending acts of predation that abuse and exploit the elderly, vulnerable, and uninformed. These calls are part of the predatory and cowardly debt collection industry and their use of outsourcing / call centers / telemarketers / telemarketing / networks. Yes, there are scammers and scummers thieves and nonprofessionals but until the networks of Allied Interstate(iQor), Portfolio Recovery, Midland Credit Management(MCM), AFNI, NCO Group, United Recovery Systems, CAB Asset Management, Verizon, Ocwen, Convergys, and others are looked at nothing will change. Can't even imagine how many card services type companies there are associated with the financial industry.
