Who called from 3603226700

Another 360 area code that is now calling, no messages left.

I don't answer.

Called offering to lower credit card terms, but no option to remove my number from future calls. When I called back, the only option was to remove my name. All automated; no person.

Saw caller was from Washington and since I don't know anyone there, did not answer.  They did not leave a message.

This number keeps calling me and when I ask them to put me on their do not call list and then they hang up.  Clearly a scam.
