Called my cell. I never answer a number that is not in my contacts. Blocked now - thank you Windows phone.

Got called today by this number. I didn't answer, thankfully.  I have now created a contact in my phone called "Z Scammers". Any of these [***] call me from the same #  twice, I'll know just by looking at my phone as it rings.  All those numbers are put on my Reject list.  THESE JERKS SUCK!!!!

Called at 610pm. Left no message but oddly I signed a petition to my local senators about 30 minutes ago and this happens. Coincidence or ???

Got a call from this number but no message.
