Recording starts telling me about how my credit card acct low interest rate will expire today, I pushed one just to tell them to take me off of the list. I get a foreign accent (India?) who calls me names and kept asking me if I'd give him a [***]. I told him "I can't, because I'm sure you don't have a dick" and hung up on him. The prob is you block these numbers and they call you from five other ones.

How come nothing seems to be done to track and fine/warn/arrest these people?
Same credit card scam. I pressed 1 to tell the guy I'm on the DNC list and he start screaming at me in a foreign tounge. I tried to call back and I got an automated message saying the phone number is out of service. I don't understand how I can't call the number back. Also, what is the point of the do not call list? I get calls like these at least 3 times a day.
got a call from 3603247407 on 1 june at 1744 EST. did not answer as i did not recognize it. called later and got a recording that "tthis is a non working number".
