Yes foreign er..female..telling me I won a 9000 grant and to register it was 250...but I will receive. .it back ..and I would get 9250..back..through western union..the number 3603422983..

They called me from this number and asked for my bank account # to make a deposit from a grant from the government because I'm a good us citizen lol.

It is amazing how these people think we are stupid. I am in the criminal field and trust nothing. But its sad that some people will believe this mess.
