Who called from 3603451203

Claims his name is Mark "McCarntz" (sic) (undecipherable) and wants me to call him on a local (to me) number. I'm in area code 843. This is a scammer. I'd advise  labeling his calls as Scammer in your phone.

Called back and they answered "security bureau" or something. I hung up and blocked the call.

Gun Rights -- this is either the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, or its sister organization, the Second Amendment Foundation.
