I received the same call today as the ones above. I can not believe that they are so stupid that they think we would fall for this. I pray that they are caught and brought to justice for threatening people.
Something has to be done about this. They tried a government scam about rec' a $10,000 grant in cash in my hand to do with as I want. I heard of other scams from the same number. I rec' a call on my cell as "unknown" but was given 360-347-1087 as the call back number and a confirmation code RJ3911 to rec instructions on how to rec my money. I am NOT going to call that number. I hung up on the called who had an Indian accent. he called right back but I didn't answer. I live in Baltimore Maryland
I got a call stating that I was also to receive 10 , 000 dollars the man gave me code GK721 and said go to a money gram and get a pay express and feel it out , when he said send $288 I hung up on him
