I have been dealing with these idiots for the past 4 months. They say that I owe them money for a credit card opened up that I did not open. I have repeatedly asked for information to be sent regarding this debt. I REFUSE to give any financial information over the phone without any paperwork to go with it. Of course I get the run around from these SCAMMERS. Oh and their numbers has changed. I was wondering why I hadn't received any calls from them in the past month. They got a new number now. Wonder where they are based out of now. Last time, it was Virginia Beach. I've not checked this area code yet as I don't even waste my breath with this company. Oops just did it, this time it is California. Guess had too many BBB complaints plus the Attorney General for the state as well got on them. Proof positive to me that they are a total scam company.
Yeah these jokers keep calling me also telling me they have my name on file as a possble defendant. That as of right now they are not filing any charges against me if i return the call. I think not!!!!!! Of course i get the same message 2 times each day for the last couple of months. So evidently they cant do a thing or otherwise they would have already done it. Especially for saying i owe on a bill i have never even heard of.
Never pay these Morons or even talk to them.
If you pay, it reports as a partial payment and messes up your credit more than not paying at all.
Dispute your own credit and remove these items.
Put fraudulent companies like this out of business.
