These people have been harrassing my elderly parents for years. They will not stop calling. No one at this phone number owes any debts.

This company has called me on several occasions, claiming I owe them money and if I don't return their calls within a reasonable amount of time I will be summons at either my home or workplace. I have no clue who they are, but somehow they have also gotten a hold of my home telephone number. They even indicated they will obtain a lawyer in my state/county to pursue the legal route. They claim to be some kind of debt collector. I will have to due further investigation on this matter.

I hear you loud and clear.  The number originates from Bellingham, Wa at 360-350-5921 and they are leaving two different recorded messages now.  One says to call back and refer to an account number, they other says that I would be wise to call them back or have my counsel call them.  Both callback numbers are the same, 855-837-9962.  My husband happens to be an attorney and he called them back to tell them  to stop calls or cough up some details about this "debt".  Didn't work because they found my cell phone number and are calling that instead of the home number.

They will get tired sooner or later.

Don't call them!  They have no rights and no jurisdiction to do anything at all to you.  There are agencies you can report them to, and don't forget about Donotcall.gov to report their phone numbers in relation to yours.  

Don't call them back no matter how much they piss you off with their constant calls.
