I received a call this morning from this number - this number has come up on my caller ID several times - when I call it back I get a busy signal - no messages are left on my voicemail. Does anyone know who this number belongs to?

just received a call from this number today, a man I could barely understand, looking for someone not at my home, when I proceeded to tell him he had the wrong number he told me to "be quiet and listen!!!" I politely said sir you have the wrong number and hung up. He immediately called me back and said "i said listen" I said please stop harassing me do not call here what part of wrong number don't you understand and hung up...he called back A THIRD TIME!!! I picked up the phone said what is your name and your company as I will be filing harassement charges..his response...NOT KIDDING...he said " oh you [***] you rat scallion listen to me I am bringing YOU on charges with the federal government immediately" at this point I was so infurated, I said this is how you speak to people, he said "yes it is and you're gonna listen" I hung up and had to take my phone off the hook this man had me so angry I am shaking....says hes with some place I thought was quick pay or something pay...watch out!!!
I recieved a voise message on Sept 17. 9:32am,from Nacey Walker at the WA State Lottery, that I had won (as near as i could tell) 4.35 million dollar lottory). Now since I had not bought a ticket, I did not bother to respond. to the number that I was suppose to call back was 1-702-664-1340. Today I recieved a ph call from this Olympia number. 360-350-6480.
There was a kid sceaming in the back ground, so I hang up while he is getting things under control, he calls back, he now is tryring to link my new prize winnings to the previouse call. I told I had not bought a Lotto ticket ,so how could I have won. He had that covered, it seems that Maceys, Wal-Mart and all the big box storys have this special Lotto program. Now he is getting some where and he starts pumping me for personal information. Then tell him I will to confire with my FINANCIAL ADVISER,
(my wife) so he would have to call back he aggreed.
Now I contacting the WA. state Fraud Dept.
I got a voice call from this number at this morning at 4:00am. That said from Bank security. Want me dial number. When I called back, it was no any voice. Someone know who? Why?
