Same Joe Price, said he was with Sun Trust, explained that Insurance Limited turned over a check to him, I was "lucky" us taxpayer, certified check for 7000, I would need to pay fed ex 99.99 for handling fees and they could deliver tomorrow. Riiiiiiggggghhhhttttt....
Someone named James Allen, manager at US Bank, left a message on my home phone saying he received a certified check from Insurance Limited. He called because the check will expire soon and to call 360-355-9412 to get further information.
Call from Jim Price of RBC Royal Bank said cheque handed over to bank and was to expire soon. And congratulations to me and my family. Said it was a cashiers cheque (which is not a Canadian term; we use "draft") from a publishers sweepstakes and I was to call the number to claim the cheque.
