Just got a phone call from this number and they didn't leave a message. I phoned back and the recorded messages states the call comes from "Victory Processing a political polling firm". There are instructions that if you will leave your information they will stop calling you
These idiots are calling me every day and not leaving a message unless their robot caller is not fast enough to escape my messaging machine, in which case I get a blank message. I have called them repeatedly to be taken off their calling list. it is obviously not random because they call every day (caller id). Now I call them back every day and ask to be removed, inserting expletives randomly in my message. Very annoying.
