I get called from this number at least once a day at various times (including Sunday evening at 6PM). Caller ID shows "out of area". The caller never leaves a message. I am on the "do not call" register.
Victory Processing called me twice. I missed the first one and answered the second. It is a person working for a polling company hoping to conduct a poll. The only reason they call multiple times is the list of potential people to poll is actually somewhat limited if they are doing district polling which they were. It is likely an internal campaign polling center given what they were asking about. If you want to be able to trust the veracity of public polls, and campaign polling while supposedly private is actually very public, lol, and so if you want to have some faith in them you should participate in them. Sometimes the person calling you just wants to know what you think because we are in a democracy and despite recent rhetoric to the contrary your vote and opinion matter.
