Receivd call from this number stating that a a law suit was being filed against me by the IRS. To get more information about this case file call the above number. The IRS does not contact individuals by telephone. They will contact you by mail. What a scam. Thes people should be exposed, taken to court and sent to prison. I hope to determine who they are so that I can do the above. It would give me much pleasure.
Obvious scam - Overseas accent saying the IRS was suing me for improper calculations - would LIKE to write a script to auto-dial the number every 10 seconds, but not worth getting myself in trouble - sooooooo just blocking it
Received a call from this # stating I am being sued by the IRS. Wanted by name, soc, address. I said, "This is the IRS calling"? The foreign man answered yes, I said well I will call directly to IRS # as I have no issues. Have tried calling IRS with long wait times and gave up.
