I just received the same call. I just went through the same type of scam about 8 months ago, they called day and night and I finally kept calling their number out of sheer frustration.. over and over and over while screaming "I don't have a loan.. you're a scam".. seems childish, but the man on the other end finally said he would take my number off his list and to please stop calling. What ever works.
I got the same message, from a heavy accent saying to call by the end of the day so they can settle my warrant. In really sick and tired of these call, can someone please address this, I knew it was scam!
I got the same call said there's an arrest warrant in my name and to contact the law firm at 360-362-4696 or my arrest warrant would be filed at 11am the next day. This is a total scam. My husband is a DA and I work in our local courthouse (that's where we met) this is not how you conduct legal business. File a complaint to the BBB and contact your local authorities. Record the calls and save your voicemails. You can sue this is against the law.
