My elderly parents have received 3 phone calls from this number. The caller pretends to be from the IRS and says it is a "final notice" that the IRS is going to file a lawsuit. This is a number from Washington state and is an IRS Impersonation scam. I have filed a written complaint with the Washington state attorney general and the Treasury Department's Inspector General for Tax Administration.

my wife is getting the same call, i called this number back, told the guy he was a liar, that i work for the irs and that we were coming for his sorry [***]. he hung up really fast. this is just a scam, trying to get your info so they can get your money. the irs does not operate this way.
My mother too received a call from this number...pretending to be from the IRS and said they had attempted to serve her twice, and now an arrest warrant is being prepared and my mother would be arrested for non-payment of taxes for the tax years 2008-2012 in the amount of $3,963.00. I was then transferred to "Samuel Davidson" in their finance department. He said the only way she could stop from being arrested is if she went to Office Depot with this exact amount in cash, call from their parking lot to then be told what type of electronic tax payment voucher to purchase, and once purchased they would tell us where to send it. He gave me the phone number to call him at: 360-200-6820 to then get instructions once I was at Office Depot. He even gave me a case number. The disturbing part is he knew my mother's name, address, and phone number. Thank God my mother called me as soon as she first got the call, and I called them back...resulting in the above conversation. They are obviously preying on the elderly and the government should DEFINITELY take immediate action.
Seems they impersonate the IRS... Isn't that a crime? Got call this morning recorded voice saying they were the IRS and going to file lawsuit against me..... I called the number 360-388-3078 twice later and it rang more than 25 times, no answer. Beware.... Seems like a scam.
