This number has been reported on other sites as being a collection agency out of Mount Vernon, WA. I have received calls from this number before. I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. No message was left.
Same thing: no message. Don't answer, and don't call back! Here are two kinds of scam from these no-msg calls:

My son picked up this call while I was searching the number, I was unaware that he brought the handset with him, as I was reading this pages info to him. He asked if he should hang-up, and as he raised the handset up, you could hear the caller hang-up. Isn't that illegal for solicitation and collection agencies?
