Just called, over and over and over, etc.  Finally ended after 8 tries, one immediately after the other.

Just called me too. political call recording about voting mark milosha for state auditor for washington state.

Called my cellphone and left an illegal robo-call message.  Candidate for WA State Auditor, Mark Miloscia.  Filed a complaint with their Campaign office ([email protected]), as these political calls to cellphones remain completely illegal.  The ONLY legal robo-calls to cellphones are legitimate emergency communications or calls that have been given specific permission by the recipient.  


The Telephone Consumer Protection Act provides for individual claims either for actual damages (a few $$ for cell time) or $500 per call, *WHICHEVER IS GREATER*.

Rules for handling these scam calls:  1. Don't answer. 2. Don't call back.  3. Don't complain about the number of times they call if you don't use your own (your service's) Block Caller list. 4. Get on your phone service's Blocked Caller list - if they don't have one, get one that does. 5. Don't think the government's Do Not Call list is going to handle it - they won't. 6. Google the number.  7. Add the number to your personal Block Caller list. 8. Get on with your life.
