I got a call from (360) 450-5183 claiming the IRS service is filing a lawsuit against us. I called them back and got a man speaking with an Indian accent who said the IRA Services is filing a lawsuit against you.

Automated machine called and left a message saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me to call back this number 360 450 5183. It didn't say my name or anything.
