Who called from 3604601036

I received the same call, but hung up. I'm guess is if it sounds too good to be true, chances are it is.

just received a call from this number.  no one spoke when i said hello.  i just hung up.

Do not answer calls from 360-460-1036 or from 503-250-4192: it appears that they come from one and the same fog-horn-sounding, cruise-ship-touting solicitor ("Hi, this is your captain speaking") from the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington state). I have received one call each from both numbers within a week of each other (so far).

I didn't answer the phone because I knew the number to be a telemarketer, or at least that's who I've been told it is by others. I thought my number was on the block list that went around a few months ago, apparently not....

Received a couple of call from this number tried to call back and obtained a busy signal, its my business cell so I have to answer (Im in sales ). I will block this number
