Got a phone call from this number- I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Called my cell phone and when I answered the robocall took over with the horn blow, then 'You are entitled to two free cruise tickets if.....'.
Some telemarketing scam, but it bothers me they got a hold of my cell phone which means it is floating out there for the hoardes of mindless and godless robots who will dial relentlessly like mosquitoes smelling blood when you are camping in the woods.

I keep getting calls from this number but no one answers
