Robocall -- But they actually do have a number which they will answer and try to get your credit card info ...Scam them back tie up their time until the FBI gets 'em.

I filed a complaint in gov's do not call website. I encourage everyone to do the same and make sure your number is registered on their list. This harassment has started and stopped several times with me before I just thought to do this. Hope it works.
husband got this call while he was working!!!!!!!!! get this call once a month now! added it to his phones auto reject list...won't be answering the "captain's" calls anymore!!!!!!
i received a call twice from this number and i did not pick up the phone on time. i tried to call back and received a busy signal bothe times. this is annoying!
