Robocall -- But they actually do have a number which they will answer and try to get your credit card info ...Scam them back tie up their time until the FBI gets 'em.

I also just got a call - I knew it was Washington and since I do sales I occasionally will get someone calling my cell (I have AT&T) when I answered - silence. I have gotten them before as missed calls. I am located in Northern NV
Just received call. Answered the call, but only heard what sounded like a shutter click on a camera. Then heard nothing. Hung up, but weirded out and worrisome.
