Who called from 3604602196

Called my cell  (version)  @ 3:58 central time.
I was working and didn't answer
Scum like this should be thrown in prison (and the prison population told they are child molesters)

I'm on east coast.  Call received 2/25/12 at 2:01pm.

Called me on Feb 22 at 3:06PM CST.  Also got a call today at 11:30 AM CST from a similar number-area code and prefix the same, but last 4 numbers are 7117.

While I was out of state and in an area where I receive roaming charges for all incoming and outgoing calls , my  Verizon phone bill shows airtime  charges for a call from this number.  I do not answer calls from unidentified callers when I am roaming in an effort to avoid roam charges. So why are there charges on my phone bill?  There are also 5 additional charges for calls marked  'cl deliver'  from this number= 700-000-XXXX. Would like to know what is going on. Can anyone help?

on a computer type in the number and it will open up infrmation about these unidentified callers.

I just opened up 700-000-xxxx and have saved the iformation to send and show my Verizon  cell phone provider.
