I live in Seattle, Washington and recognize the 360 460-3786 number as a telemarketing call.  If you have a blocked call system on your cell phone, use it.  You will not receive any more calls.  Nothing else seems to work.

Getting calls from 360-461-..................in various combinations, recently went on careerbuilder to apply for jobs, careerbuilder, facebook and linked-in  sell cell phone #s and 'market' people like us out to telemarketers, great, if you are trying to make ends meet with a prepaid cell phone and trying to find a job, ENJOY!!!!!
