They randomly called me this afternoon and i have no idea who they are.

Called me once about a survey to win two cruise tickets. When prompted to press 0 to speak to a person, it hangs up. Get several calls a day from this number **same area code of 360-460-xxxx*  When I answer, I hope to hear a prompt to remove me from the call list.. nope no prompts, commands, death threats, or anything. Just silence for five seconds, then hangs up. Needs an investigating for sure!!

Got a great call.  I won a trip to the Bahamas.  Next week I go to pick up my tickets.  I'm so excited!  Never been outside the united states!  Omg!

Same here - call but no VM. I wish there was an app on iPhone to block :-).
