6 pages in 24 hours is pretty amazing. I have silence as the default ring on my phone, so only the people I want to talk to get through.
Reporting the number to DNC won't help. It's probably spoofed. They don't care about things like laws anyway.
Unless you regularly take calls from unknown individuals, don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize. Most cell phones let you select "Ignore" so it will stop ringing.
Save the number under "Scam" or some such, assign it a silent ringtone, so you don't have to cope with their repeated calls.
The phone is for YOUR convenience, not to serve others who wish to harass you. You are not obligated to take any calls you don't want.
Repeated calls over several months. All automatically dialed. All beginning with an annoying ship horn blast followed by and advertisement for a cruise. No clue how I got on their list. I've tried calling back to get my name off of their list. No luck.
