I started recieving these calls after I filed my taxes with H&R Block (but I'm not sure if it was this number, but I'm sure it was a Washington number),the first call asked about doing a survey, I hung up.
now I get this call about once a week. if I answer it hangs up, if I call back it's busy.

Nice Work, PAPI!  Your report on page 8 is thorough and objective.  Obviously you put a good bit of time and resources into your research.  I suspect Hoy Schuman & Associates Incorporated,  Robert L. Schuman, and Shane Miller would prefer to keep their operation in the shadows. Thank you for the great background information.
