My provider is Verizon, so I don't think it's limited to one provider...unfortunately...

there should be a 'do not call' DATABASE for cell phones that restricts all robocalls to these numbers!

I got a call from washington at first I thought it might be my x but when I asked him he said it wasn't so he said it might be my sister but if it had been her she would have called my mom as well I don't see how someone has my number when I'm not even from washington state now I know its a good thing I didn't answer.
