Bizarre loud foghorn sound followed by a recorded message chatting about a cruise....I hung up....how did they get my private cell phone #?? I pay for calls/texts....silly marketing companies are costing me money!!!

Received a call on my mobile and didn't pick up. This site was useful. Sometimes they keep calling without leaving a VM

I received a call from 360-461-4895 (maybe more than once.) When I answer, I hear brief silence followed by a dial tone. It is in effect, a crank call and should be reported. I'll try reporting the number through the FTC web site.
