Got a call from this number, heard someone making an annoying sound than promptly hung up.

I just received a call  from this number. Hanged when I answered. A fast busy when i called back !!!

Answered Phone, got 3 beeps. Then it sounded like my cell phone took a picture.

Just received a call.  Did not answer as I do not recognize the number.  No CraigsList ads, no promo sign ups.  I actually have a different cell that I use whenever I post on Craig's List or anywhere for that matter.  Amazing nhow many calls they have made in the past few hours and all over the country.
