Received a call from Ashley Smith representing GC Services, a collection firm, supposedly from San Diego.  This number is from Washington State so obviously using spoof dialing.  She stated that she was calling regarding a Citibank Mastercard account which has been closed and charged off.  Requested immediate payments or payment arrangements.  I stated that I am unemployed and have no income.  At this point she stated that I should borrow it from someone.  I believe this to be a very unprofessional attitude to take in our countries present economic situation.
