Received a call today - when I picked it up, say 'hello', loud electronic sound and the call is dropped.
BTW heard of a scam used in France - when you dial back on a number you don't recognize it's a $10/per/minute call, and they try to keep you on. So, don't dial this 360 -number. Let them dial you, then hang up when you work it out.
got call from +1 3604690456 number on my mobile about my home computer when i told them i dont have a computer they insited i did have one wheni asked how they got my number they hung up
Just had a call from this number, female with Indian accent, said I had a virus on my computer and that I needed to check some files, told her I didn't need to, I have virus protection. She promptly hung up. Turns out the number is is Washington, total SCAM
just got the same thing just then, thick indian accent, said she called from sydney from a windows centre and i said repeatedly how did you get my number and she hung up... installing anti virus now!!!
Got a call from +13604690456. Thought it must be a scam so hung up, I get at least 5 unsolicited calls a day so i can spot them a mile away now. So many scammers out there, if they are calling from an overseas country your not familiar with just hang up. I had one once that hung up for me and had my phone redial them automatically, lucky i was looking and hit the red button, those basterds are clever...
