These suckers are scammers, not legitimate telemarketers. Yes, telemarketers won't call you if you are on Do Not Call List, but these scammers are illegitimate organizations and they don't care about the list. That's why people on the list still get the calls.

You can get action from the F.C.C. to determine the account assigned to this number. Contact the F.C.C. to register a complaint and ask that you be advised of the results of their action with Frontier.
If you go through the dialog with the person on the end of the line and you determine it may be a scam, contact your local police department or your nearest F.B.I. office immediately and they can contact Frontier.
Blocned the number with my INterceptorID box. Apparently no dirty telemarket outlets were ever punished for violating of the do not call provision. I wander how they mange to show up caller id as PHONE.
