I did not get an opportunity to ask them not to call me. The message states they can help lower my interest rate (wich I do not need) and then states to speak to a rep, press 1. When I press 1, the call disconnects. I have gotten a live agent several times but they hung up too.
I received this type of call with ID 1-340-474-3900 daily. There was a time I pressed 1 to talk to a "live" person and requested to have my number removed, she answered that my number would be removed. Since then I have received more calls from this number. I decided to block this number, but they still could leave message.
