I am so tired of getting these calls. Starting pushing the button to talk to a representative and then blowing a whistle in their ear. If the calls do not stop, I am getting an air horn.
Same scam, different number. They left a recorded message in a female voice saying they can lower my interest rate to 6.9% and to press 1 to speak with a live operator.
Unfortunately, the recording didn't say what interest rate they are lowering (like I care.) credit car, car loan, what? Obviously, I'd like my rate lowered to 0.0% then maybe we can talk. Too bad for them I don't have any loans or credit cards.
Any idiot that takes them up on this will be taken for the ride of their life. How do you think they'll lower your rates? Well, you'd have to give them your personal information and your credit card number, then they get to go on a happy shopping trip and not to jail and you get the headache.

Lady said they would lower one of my credit cards to as low as 6% and ask for a visa or mastercard number of which I would like lowered. I asked her for a number to call back when I had time to check my statements. She said "1-800-847-...then the phone call cut short.
