I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
Received a call from this number supposedly for a political survey then offer of the free cruise. They use this tactic because political calls of this nature are exempt from the Do Not Call law; this is a loophole. I will be letting my congressional representatives and the FTC know about this to see if they can amend the law to close this loophole.
