I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
I got a call on my cell from this number, rejected it then googled the number. Glad I did. I'm on the DNC list too, get too many calls from scammers and telemarketers. I thought it interesting they use the DNC list.
